SAFETY + HOUSE RULES

No parties or events are allowed at the rental property. We are located in a residential community which is predominantly families and we appreciate you respecting the neighbors with quiet hours. Between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.

Breakages

Accidents happen to the best of us. Should you break anything minor such as smash a glass or chip a plate of course we won't charge (do just leave a note for the housekeeper if you can remember).If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) please do get in touch with us through your booking app, we do like to ensure we have the time to get everything in ship shape condition for the next guests. Thank you!

Smoking Policy

This is a smoke-free home. Please do not smoke, vape or use e-cigarettes inside the house. You may smoke in the yard (making sure the doors and windows are closed so that no smoke blows into the house). If you do smoke, please bag any butts before disposing of them in the black landfill bin before you leave. Thank you!

Rubbish and Recycling

There is a trash bin by the side of the home for your sole use, please bag all waste before putting it in the bin.  We do not have a separate recycle bin, so please place all trash in the single black bin.

The general waste is collected every Tuesday and Friday (Early Morning!), If you would please bring bin to the curb on Monday and Thursday evening when the bin is getting full during your stay, that would be greatly appreciated.

On departure please empty the house of all your possessions, and put anything you don't want to take with you in the trash bin. Any perishable foods need to be thrown away before you leave. Thank you.
