IN THE HOME
MAKE YOURSELF COMFORTABLE, HERE ARE SOME INS AND OUTS OF THE PROPERTY TO IMPROVE YOUR STAY.
NEON SIGN
We have a beautiful neon sign in the living room, you are welcome to have this on during your stay. There is a white remote in the living room that operates this light. Please make sure this is off every time you leave the house or go to sleep. The LED tubes will burn out quickly and do use a lot of energy!
REMOTES
There are two remotes in the property. These should be located on one of the tables in the living room for your stay. Please keep in the living room when you depart.
The black remote is for the TV, this is a smart TV but you will need to login to your own streaming platforms. Don't forget to log out when you leave!
The white remote is for the neon sign.

YARD + YARD GAMES
This property does have a fenced in yard for fur babies and guests to enjoy. There is a charcoal grill outside, you are welcome to use but must bring your own charcoal. There is a small bistro table set on the patio for your morning coffee or tea! We also have cornhole boards and folding chairs for your use, these are kept indoors next to the washer and dryer in the laundry room. Please return to this location after use, as we do have winds that can blow these away. You are also welcome to take these folding chairs + Cornhole boards to your LSU Tailgating events, outdoor picnics, etc but please return! For any pets staying with you at the property, please ensure you pick up all their waste and dispose of in the trash bin on the side of the home.
KITCHEN + LIVING SPACES
You may have already noticed but this home does not have a formal dining space. We do however have TV folding dinner trays next to the sofa for your use as well as barstools at the island. There is also a small bistro table in the backyard on patio.  The kitchen has all your essentials for cooking and baking including but not limited to; dishes, silverware, baking sheets, casserole pans, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, coffee grinder, pots, pans, griddle, toaster, mixing bowls and serving trays. The chef knives are very sharp, please use caution and cut on a cutting board to protect the counters. Please look through the cabinets and drawers to get yourself acquainted with this space.
LIVING ROOM
The living room console table has board games, cards, trivia, and puzzles for your enjoyment. Please use coasters when drinking in the living room and clean up any spills as soon as you can. There is a smart TV for your use, this is connected to wifi but you will need to login to your personal streaming platforms, just don't forget to log out when you leave!

The mural was done by an incredible local artist, Marc Fresh. His hashtag is on the wall below the TV. If you pay attention when exploring Government street you will see his work all over the local restaurants and bars. We love the mural, it truly makes the home and we hope you enjoy it as well!
BED + BATH
We hope you enjoy the very comfortable mattresses and the uniquely crafted interior design of each bedroom. These spaces all feel so individual so pick your player and enjoy your stay! These rooms each have a closet with hangers provided and a luggage rack. There is an extra throw blanket in each room for cold nights and black out curtain shades for privacy and to sleep in!

There are stocked towels hanging in every bathroom, a bath mat and stocked Tea Tree scented shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the showers. We also provide hand soap, makeup remover pads and a makeup towel. All our linens and towels are white and we greatly appreciate if you can use the maekup towels and makeup remover when getting ready or closing in for the night!
WIFI + WORKSTATION
This property does have a desk for your remote workers out there. This is located in the main level bedroom, there is a comfy chair and outlets nearby, The Wifi for the property is:

PARKING + ACCESS
This home has a two car driveway but no garage. Please park in the driveway. If there is a third vehicle you are welcome to park on the street but please stay in front of our property to not disturb the neighbors.
